Announcement of On-Site Application Service for E-7 Visa Holder’s Dependent Visa (F-3-17) and Short-Term General Visa (C-3-1) Stemming from F-2-R Visa Holder

Starting from January 7th (Tue), 2025, our Embassy plans to receive the following applications without appointments: E-7 visa holder’s Dependent Visa (F-3-17) and F-2-R visa holder’s spouse and under age children’s Short-term General Visa (C-3-1).

※ Once this on-site service begins, online appointments are not available for those applications.

1.On-site application begins: January 7th (Tue), 2025 10;00-11:00 (An hour everyday)

2. Visiting Date Guidelines (Last digit of E-7 or F-2-R visa holder’s Date of Birth)

※ Last digit of visa holder’s date of birth? If the visa holder’s date of birth is December 21st, 1980, the applicant can apply only on Monday since the last digit is ‘1’. (D.O.B can be found on the Residence Card written as ‘801221’.)

※ Applications are only available on working days. If the visiting date is a holiday of the embassy, applications are postponed till next week.
