Due to the significant increase in demand for consular services, our Embassy has implemented a new online appointment booking system with an enhanced identification process to improve fairness and transparency.

Starting from February 3rd, 2025, appointments for VISA applications can be made through the new website: https://koreanembassynepal.org

Appointment slots for the following week will open at 10:00 AM (Nepal Standard Time) on the corresponding days:

- Appointment slots for Monday and Tuesday will open at 10:00 AM on Mondays.

- Appointment slots for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will open at 10:00 AM on Wednesdays.

(※ Opening slots can be postponed on holidays.)

Once the available slots for the week are filled, no further appointments will be accepted.

Booking verification services will remain on the current website until further notice.
